Secondary Maintenance is only required for trains that cover more than 3500km in a round trip from their primary maintenance station. Other wise, only Platform attention, or washing in pitlines (if pit lines are available and if washing is required) are done.

yes, and there is an extended stoppage being provided at New CoochBehar to serve those purposes.
