this is a good move i believe... 45 mins halt time reduction and then Chandigarh to will get more seats allocated... The only disadvantage i see and of our fellow brother has mentioned too is Kalka - Shimla connectivity as Kalka is a gateway to Shimla... Nevertheless i have always believed a shuttle between Kalka and Chandigarh will always help if technically feasible. If that happens prblm will be solved to a great extent...
