I already debated with you day before yesterday and clarified your points.
I only argument that you could give in favour of ICF was the jerks experienced, that is also present in ICF-CBC coaches.
Then you stated that ICF are also telescopic that is for ICF-CBC.
You keep on mixing up the two. They are totally different bro. Even in IRI we have to clarify whether the coaches are ICF normal, ICF-CBC, HLhb or Pure LHB.
