If somehow this train's arrival at Bhubaneswar could be made earlier like at about 4:15pm-4.30pm, then it will act as perfect linking up train for North coastal Odisha people as they can easily catch the 5:10pm departure BBS-Bangriposi SF express. Many people from the North Coastal odisha regions like Balasore, Bhadrak, Jaipur, Keonjhar, Baripada take this train to travel from Pune/Hyderabad. People will be able to take BBS-Bangriposi SF or Puri-SBP Intercity or even if possible Kendujhar region people could take the BBS-Keonjhar MEMU.

we can not compare puri with bhubaneswar.....no comparison at all.
Puri is a world famous tourist destination where crores of devotees and tourist come. So it shouldnt be a surprise if shops outside and inside puri station remains open 24hours especially during rath yatra.
Whereas bbsr is different. If you see, max by 11pm all the major trains leaves which means by 11pm...
