Since we all know how much addictive this website is
Shouldn't we have a option to deactivate it for a specified period of time (say 1 week or 2)

if you want to stay away from IRI there is a technical way.
Go to : c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
edit the HOSTS file.
adding in proper format will not give access to this site.
and removing it...
