Most of the monitors are soo kind and truthful like u
But some are dominanting the normal users , they mis use their responsibilities, they degrade us, they tell us that we have no knowledge
I don't like such monitors
So moderator should choose monitor according to there kindness and behaviors in an experimental basis

I highly agree to you
Some of the FMs are unbiased but many are biased and they just give decision which satisfies their ego
