The proposals are discussed at IRTTM meet in Feb and sent to railway board for approval along with requirements for those comments. It is for the railway to take final decision. From March situation has changed and all trains are cancelled and many policies decisions have taken place. So we need wait for new TAAG for information which may release in an undefined time limit as per the present situation. Even if Corona comes into control it will be gradual scaling of train services as per demand and may take months for all the present services to run. For new services it may be delayed more.
