Proposed Visakhapatnam - Yelahanka Junction Express with huge slack when it can arrive both sides by 8:30 am or 9:00 am.

This is not with ECOr or forming new zone every zone does this when SWR wanted to operate train to Vizag EoCR didnt cooperate when SCR proposed SWR used it for their benefit for giving daily connection. When ECOr used to run biweekly spls to Shirdi SCR has denied regularisation saying no loco link and path constraints from SCR and CR and finally weekly is put.
