Reorganization of service of 16331/32, 16339/40, 16351/52.
UP Nagarcoil - Mumbai Express has been speeded up by 1 hr 45 mins and change in the slot of DOWN Nagarcoil Express.
Now it will depart from CSMT at 20:35 (Dadar - Chennai Superfast slot).
So TAT has been reduced from 15 hrs to 1.5 hrs at CSMT. ...

16331 running time increased by 2 hrs. Earlier it took end to end 39 hrs. Now i guess it is 41 hrs. But yes you are right speed increase has happened in Wadi-CSMT section.
But 1.5 hrs TAT in CSMT is too less. A slight delay and it will completely ruin the schedule.We see it regularly happening with 11013/11014. Maybe that is the reason for slack. . But at the same time surprised that how they have agreed to keep a PF occupied for such a long time and that too at peak hours in CSMT
