Sir z we should relax some rules of SW !
Like a SW member can message privately so he can express why he got SW
Member should be able to rate posts(not custom) as rating posts will not create a controversy
SW should be of only 2 weeks
And...
more...
also we can degrade some features of a member as a punishment like IMG train creating ban, FM approval for post, Can't post pics /polls etc...
Thanks please consider it
