As per the travel advisory of WB Govt. available in IRCTC booking page, it is told that, passengers coming from Maharastra, Tamilnadu, Gujarat, Delhi etc high risk states will be sent to strict institutional quarantine near to their home.
As on date, is it being done by WB Govt. or airport type self declaration for all passengers irrespective of their location? Please put some light on it.
