My kind suggestion is that
1. For different railway Zones the monitors should be appointed for only that zone.
for Example - If any one posts Timeline update of a train in NER than the monitors in the NER section should only approve it, Not anyone sitting in SCR or WR or ECR zone should approve it. Because the monitor...

Ek side se agar socha jaaye to ye suggestion sahi hai but local TLMs ko tabhi contact kiya jaata hai jab train PF updates, Station PF number, Loco link updates, etc updates kiye ho. Agar baat Train ke Time table wale update ki ho to usse koi bhi TLM official Site se check karke approve kar sakta hai
