My kind suggestion is that
1. For different railway Zones the monitors should be appointed for only that zone.
for Example - If any one posts Timeline update of a train in NER than the monitors in the NER section should only approve it, Not anyone sitting in SCR or WR or ECR zone should approve it. Because the monitor...

I am saying that if a person from any zone updates the train of any other zone than the approving of that Timeline Update should be done only by Monitor of that zone. Because that person will have the high chance of seeing the change physically in respect to monitor of other zone.. Suppose I am monitor and reside in NER but if any random person updates the detail of a train in SCoR which doesnot touch my Zone then as a monitor I should not be given right to approve that update. because I am having very less chance of seeing that train physically. Hope u understand.
