This station is undergoing major revamp.. old alignment will be discontinued and new alignment is constructed as part of doubling, which has less curves. Also subway & RUB is under construction

This station going to be junction in future with new rail line coming from Gadag side via Lakshmeshwar.. So this yard remodeling is good thing for this station..
