Actually what u said is true but before 32880, 32756 was the first CLW WAG9HC alloted to KJM and it is already commissioned.
32880 and 41055 are turned out by CLW and DLW respectively and are under transit.
About WAP7 39140 has been turned out by DMW and reached KJM and 37368 is turned out by DLW and is under transit
