Can be introduced in the place of 13119/13120. Follows the slot 13119/13120 upto DDU. From DDU-BGP in place the now vacant slot, this train follows the more agressive TT of the Brahmaputra express upto BGP.
At BGP a BWN D-Loco is attached infront of the E-loco upto KOAA.
Red flaggers should give proper reasons.

Is route pe passenger train ka time dekho... Har station pe rukti hai par Kaviguru se kaam time leti hai...
53562 passenger train hai, har station pe rukti hai, fir vi Hansdiha se Dumka 1Hrs10min mein travel karti hai...
53082 pass train hai, har station pe rukti hai, fir vi Dumka se RPH 1Hr35Min mein travel karti hai
Kaviguri bahut slow train hai woh bhi had se jyada. Iska time table follow mat karo.
