bhai same here kindly refer this my mom dad both 50+ and have knee problem still what they got is a MB and UB...and sum co-pax 20-25 yrs of age got LB.....

WL tickets gets confirmed and allotment are purely based on Cancellations of berths and hence settles in as per the movement of the queue.

Yes i agree with you.The whole process is based on "FIRST SERVE FIRST COME BASIS ".
Whoever comes first gets LB and later who books gets seats according to availability.
