My 4 ticket is confirmed in 2ac on 2nd August. But want to cancel due to safety reason. If I cancel, will I get refund?

OK COVID Spl you can cancel but cancellation charges will be applicable also bank charges won't be refunded..
Rs.200 per Pax plus bank charges..You could end up loosing around 1000 rupees for all 4 passengers.
Cancellation charge per passenger on confirmed (reserved) tickets:-
(i). 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the train minimum cancellation charge
