You can make loco reversal thats possible . If you want a fast means of transport this is not the route. It should go via Wardha Bhuswal only . Need not have loco reversal at Pedapalli JN.
If you want train to go in this route via karimnagar nizamabad wait till kazipet karimnagar peddapalli bypass line comes.
You cant skip BZA siting reversal moreover it is not a night bound train also it will people from NS to reach BZA during morning time.
