These PPP Model Private trains rakes will be maintained by Separate private employees.
Rake will not require maintenance before 31 days or 40, 000 kms travel distance from last maintenance whichever is later.
IR can provide space in its CDO or a space nearby for private players to set up Coaching depot by them.

Correct..
If you see HWH-PURI Weekly and HWH-RNC Tri-weekly routesTT are matching very much with Shatabdi exp TT only few hrs ( say 30 to 40 mins gap) difference between them... .. Either any 1 train will get passenger and another will be empty if bidded by private players or Shatabdi exp in those days will be Cancelled and private trains will run..... both cannot run... but that will depend if these trains are bidded by any private companies.

Meine puchh 40000 km yaa 31 day ka source kya hai ? Apne man se banaya hai yaa kahi likha hua hai ? Cluster details sabko para hai kya hai aur kya nahi aao sirf PVT CDO vala details do
Aapne para hai cluster details of this PPP Model???? Usimein with BOLD ink yeh 31 days and 40,000 kms likha hua hai.....aap dobara read karo PPP model details ko.....
I have not seen people reading the full documents in details in this IRI Forum....very sad...every single line has a new detail which needs patient reading. Only main headlines reading is not the way....... please aap dobara read karo.....nehin mile toh batana aap mujhe
