Very vague circular is passed by IR. I don't know whether it is going to affect Godavari. As per the circular it has to forgo with 1A and 3 Sleepers. But demand for 1A is always good in 12727/28. And also axing 3 sleepers is a lot for common man. Does 12727/28 comes under long distance SF?

Have you read this Circular carefully?? Reading only headlines is not good...read in details.....in this Circular it is written ki Zones has the option to decide coach composition of a rake if they feel based on commercial demand and FEASIBILITY they can modify coach composition of a train , but RB needs to be informed.
Just read this highlighted portion of the screenshot or in you attachment read this portion it is written

It is depended on the Coaching depot. For Godavari Express the 22 coaches will be functional because the CC at Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam can maintenance more the 22 coaches LHB rake train.
