IMO
It has a simple solution
Just like in covid times
We can have same airport like system like checking ticket than boarding etc

LHB general coaches and some ICF CBC - DD coaches have vestibules
While a number of Indians still do ply from one region or the other, they didn't even have that amount which could be traded for one time meal, so it's like depriving people of basic human rights travelling in order to earn for themselves so this particular proposition is very exurbent provided you are wishing for India which is 50 years ahead of time given the current scenario.
And ofcourse that doesn't seem to happen given the view rulers at the first place.
