There is one more important aspect to be taken traffic potentiality to scale some of these premium trains to max coaches during non peak seasons. Dont see the demand for more AC coaches need to add SL for the remaining. Pune SC no requirement to increase coaches to 18 and even Karmali AC exp because of odd timings.
