Proposal still with SCR, main issue is non- availability of ICF Garibrath rakes.

Your absolutely correct, and also we should keep eye on Garibrath.
Codal life for GR rakes is another 10+ years. IR doesn't have any interest converting them to LHB. IR only goes with Humsuffer :). We don't need to bother about it regarding to 12739/40.
Yes bro you r correct not to bother but if this train is extended to Khurda Road due to SCR proposal then it will be the worst train from the best train of SCR
