Actually IRFCA database is not the official one as the database is uploaded with the help of railfans

Is it? I feel loco allotments can be seen but which loco transfer takes place can be seen ?
Through railpost also u can see the loco allotment and transfers but the problem is the loco transfers taken place are not being updated , even new loco allotments which are shown in elocos website are not reflected in the railpost website
If you go to loco bank in elocos website u will get to know about the locos in service till now which includes transfer of locomotives also

There will be pdf available for holding of eloco in elocos website. In one of the page in pdf you can find this for example:in SECR section -- +20CR(+ refers 20 locos transferred from CR to SECR), -10NR(- refers it transferred its loco to NR).
