Jsme bypass(Mohanpur-Shankarpur) is already proposed line for trains from Dumka and Godda.Y-leg at Mohanpur and C-line at DGHR, as designed by you, shall avoid all sorts of reversals for BGP side trains as well.

I don't think it's in pink book. The line you are talking about is 20km which will bypass both jasidih & deoghar. And i guess that's why, it is not funded yet even after dubeyji's proposal. I proposed to include jasidih & bypass only deoghar. Cost will be about one-third as 7.5km approx only.
