Just the way, NHAI and other state highways collect TOLL TAX for the newly raid loads, how good it would be if a very small amount is collected from passengers travelling in newly inaugurated lines?

I can hardly remember any line which is laid in AP(Vishnupur line is the recent).
So, for the newly laid line, trains passing through it, some amount of

fee should be collected from passenger. Maybe a relaxation period of 10 years can be kept. This way, the state which supports in laying of the tracks can be benefited.

I don't think there are families who really cannot afford even an increase of 1 rupee for per ticket. In such a case, general class would be exempted.
now, would you say that middle class back bone would be broken with this increase or AC class already fares have been increased and cannot afford any more.

Yes, IR is suffering and its pushing on states now. AP and KA govt have to share 50% for the total costs. With this small toll tax, their economy can help a bit.

The profit sharing with state governments is there as their investment has been in the form of share capital. Therefore, the earnings will be in the form of dividends. KR has just earned a profit of Rs 2-3 crores over the past two years, before this KR was in the red, more as a result of debt servicing. My gut feeling at looking at the financials is that within a 2-3 years more, the state governments will be given dividend cheques. In the meanwhile you may be interested to look at KR's equity structure/share holding pattern

In addition KR has Preference Share Capital:
