It's better to wait for few months(or whatever time it takes) and let 12565/6 run. Currently there is very less traffic and both BSK and GD are an hour early on NDLS. But whether these specials are running on 130 or not,it matters little since when things return to normal and rail traffic is on 100% then only there mps increase could be said with certainty.
