1. In avalability you can see in picture 1 here , as you click edit train classes you could see the ARP of how many days here , so you can set the ARP here of your trains according to requirement and public demands
also there is premium tatkal option here , whether you want or not you can set it . Same with ARP according to requirement .

In picture 1 when you add 2 class option here then you could get the ticket fare of unreserved General class here , see in picture 2 here . For eg. The fare of unreserved ticket from Chandigarh to Kolhapur is 439 Rupees here . So in your train when you add 2 class option here you would get the fare of unreserved general class ticket fare .
3.In availability there is also a option of Charting time here , so you can set your Charting time accordingly for eg. i have made my Charting time around 22 : 00 at Chandigarh of my train here . So accordingly you can also set your charting time here .
And I have a wish here that If seat availability and Fare chart editing option of Various classes of train would be soon should be provided us in Imaginary trains here . And same with MPS in IMG trains

And suppose if you add Premium Tatkal option in your train then in front of your train it would come for eg. If my train name is ABC then if you apply premium tatkal availability then it would come ABC (PT) in front of your train name .
