दोस्तों नमस्कार। रेलवे में गाड़ियों की रेक शेयरिंग RSA वयवस्था, गाड़ियों की साफ सफाई पर प्रतिकूल असर डाल रही है। अतः OBHS प्रणाली को सभी Long Distance RSA गाड़ियों में एवं उन गाड़ियों में भी जिनका Destination पर Arrival व वापसी का Tight Schedule है पर सख्ती से लागू करने का समय आ गया है। उदाहरण के लिए, आश्रम एवं मण्डोर का RSA ले लो। इन दोनों गाड़ियों में अहमदाबाद व जोधपुर से दिल्ली की यात्रा के समय साफ सफाई व Toilets Cleanings बेहतर होती है परन्तु वापसी मे वयवस्था चरमरा जाती है। यही हाल गुजरात समपर्क क्रान्ति, चेतक, सालासर आदि बहुत सारी गाड़ियों का है। अतः रेलवे को इन गाड़ियों में OBHS सख्ती से लागू करना चाहिए व OBHS का जिम्मा उसी कम्पनी को दिया जाए जो इन गाड़ियों के मूल स्थान पर सफाई वयवस्था देखती है। अतः Destination पर जो लीपापोती टाईप Cleaning होती है...

Bilkul sahi... Cleaning ka part dono destinations par hona chahiye... Wapasi me passengers ko cleaning achi nahi milti... Iske liye sab se acha to ye rahega k trains kisi bhi station se start ho dono direction me e to e straion par cleaning ki checking and survey ho... Daily basis pe
Agreed. Also , there is another problem which is discharge of the bio toilet waste. Many stations do not have that facility because of which sometimes even OBHS staff are unable to do much and the train has to come back to its original destination where it will be done. This is another problem which railways needs to look into as well
