Just a suggestion from my end to full utilization of Dhauli SF rakes.
The rakes can be transferred to the ECoR SBP division and a RSA pattern can be made between 12821/22 Dhauli SF and 18303/04 Puri SBP Intercity.
The rake of 12821 after arriving at Puri can leave Puri as Puri SBP Intercity and arrive at SBP at 10.30 pm.

May be it was some rath yatra or summer special. I am unable to recollect.
Not rath yatra special. It ran almost maximum time of the year in last 2 to 3 years sometimes with unreserved coaches and sometimes with Sleeper coaches. This train got Approved in IRTTM also. Don't know why it never got regular?

Yes, an overnight special was introduced between Bhanjpur-Puri which used to cross BLS at around 12 am and in return from Puri, it used to cross BLS at around 4 am.

Yes....Overnight demand is not much from Bhanjpur/Baripada to Puri.
Instead, they can just extend the BGY-BBS to Puri.
