If you are providing 2 E-locos throughout the journey, that is one at the front and one at the rear of the train, then the timetable is ok.
But if only a single E-loco is running throughout the journey, a 5 minutes halt must be provided at Kasara for the banker loco to be attached, and 5 minutes halt at Igatpuri for the banker loco to be detached, because there is a sharp increase in elevation between Kasara and Igatpuri, for which a banker would be required.
