Without starting electrical engine related production they stop manufacturing of diesel related or other production line. Already they transferred a large n. of employee to another work station. So the question come what is the intention of Indian Railway?

Agree demand of diesel will decrease but another electrical engine and its accesories demand will increase. So railway has to use this opportunity in Jamalpur Rail work shop.

Without providing another option (Electrical engine or related work ) they stop diesel related work, It is not logical right

"Why r you spreading wrong news? No conspiracy to shutdown Jamalpur railway workshop is told in this newspaper as you mentioned in your post heading. It is only shutting down jamalpur Diesel locoshed and diesel part. Electrification going on every where in that route then why Diesel locos will be required? Don't panic unnecessaryly maybe electric locoshed will be developed there just wait, have patience."
