As long as, there is no independent regulator to ensure level playing field for the privaye operator vis-a-vis Indian Railways, IR can have its own cake and eat it too.
These private trains will change the future of IR in future. IR is moving in right direction under guidance of our RM Piyush Goyal.
More punctual, smooth,neat and clean, comfortable train journeys r waiting for us in future once these private trains starts running.

2 Pvt trains have already started services and others also may start on time, but these refund thing will create a lot of hassles and there can be many reasons for delay and many parties responsible for the delay.
Those are not private trains. Those are run by IRCTC in private model. IRCTC is owned by IR and IRCTC does not operate under these penalty conditions.
