Processed meat
Recently, experts from the World Health Organization officially classified sausages, frankfurters and other processed meat products as carcinogens. According to a report recently published by the WHO, only 50 grams of processed meat per day increases the risk of developing intestinal diseases by 18%. Moreover, these products are harmful primarily due to substances that extend the shelf life of meat - and which, once in the body, make it more vulnerable to dangerous diseases.
Popcorn
The most dangerous for your health may be popcorn cooked in a microwave oven: the fact is that in its preparation often use synthetic oils, the vapors of which contain the dangerous compound diacite, which increases the risk of lung cancer. It is diacite that gives popcorn its seductive aroma - and, unfortunately, makes this product very dangerous.
Salmon
Salmon grown on special farms, of course, is more affordable than "wild" - but also much more dangerous to our health. On average, "grown" salmon contains 16 times more polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) - toxic substances that increase the risk of developing dangerous dusts. Salmon is a very useful fish, but before you buy it, ask about the origin!
Meat on coals
The high temperature required to cook steaks, kebabs or other dishes using the grill causes the appearance of heterocyclic aromatic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons - carcinogens that endanger your health. However, this does not mean that you need to give up barbecue forever - but at least do not eat those parts of it that have darkened during cooking.
Artificial sweeteners
Strictly speaking, any sugar substitutes and sweeteners should be discarded right now - and continue to make sure that this filth no longer crosses the threshold of your home. They break down our metabolism, they increase the risk of a seizure, and finally, some of them are really carcinogenic. However, there is another problem: excessive consumption of regular sugar can also lead to accelerated proliferation of pack cells. Therefore, no matter how hard you try, you should learn to eat less sweet.
Alcohol

Their development can provoke regular alcohol consumption - research has shown, unfortunately. Trans fat
Trans fats are formed when manufacturers convert liquid oils into solid fats by hydrogenation. This is done to increase the shelf life of the product and stabilize its taste, and is widely used in the manufacture of products such as margarine, crackers, cereals, candies, bakery products, cookies, granola, chips, snacks, salad dressings, fats. And if you value your life and health, you should say a resounding "no" to any products that contain trans fats.
