After Charting 75 end to end vacant seats were there in 3A and 37 in 2A.
RAC allocation is 140 in SL. Even if 70 Pax got upgraded then easily every SL RAC pax got CNFed seat.
Upgradation patterns are different for each zones/trains.
Yes. By seeing availability in higher class i predicted CNF but it remained RAC
