If all other details about a train which are "NOT RUNNING" due to this corona crisis are being updated and approved, then why loco details are not being updated?
Are there any restrictions made by this website? If yes, then send me that notification from website moderators/administrator in which they have specifically said, "Don't update any trains loco details which are not running, but update rest all details about the train."
If you have no such notification/order/guideline and on your own you have made such rule, then you have no right to do...
