Slot change to 23.50 of both 12650 and 12630 is proposed from Delhi probably the best slot, it would be completely empty and can even overtake Dakshin Express between Agra-Jhansi.
23.50 is proposed in NR minutes. I think they will shift it because Morning Slot are really tight in NZM and NDLS and after ZBTT all premium trains would train would run at 130 between Delhi-Bhopal. So it's better to shift it in empty slots.
Total 5 Rakes for now. With your arrangement, Independent 4 Rakes via KCG plus 2 Rake via UBL & with broken link at NZM, higher TAT.

what would br the timings at KCG/KRNT/YPR in that case?
May be 12:30 am at KCG and 5am at KRNT and 1 pm YPR ?

Speed up work in under process Between Delhi-Itarsi Section, Itarsi-Nasik and Nagpur-Vijaywada section upto 130. I think it will surely arrive YPR and KCG.
