Karnataka state has already given relaxation into thier rules for out coming personal to their destination in Karnataka state any where there is No boundation or any restriction to any one .
Maharashtra state Government today onwards allowed intra state travel through Railways .
IRCTC online reservation is available from today onwards to travel any where into Maharashtra state .
Intra state permission is approved
There are high chances for introducing new Covid Special trains on many highly demanded routes
Festivals are also coming in next month's
(October, November December January)
As we all see that some trains are already fully accommodate in coming days for festival season time or days .
Railways is planning to introduce more special trains very short time or notice .
Infect we have seen that in many Zone
Like Western Railway , southern western Railway they have planned some trains for Special category trains
In bihar exam Special trains are running for enhancing facilities to students for their destination / exam centre ...
Infect in Mumbai metropolitan area local trains frequency have also increased now ......
Restriction related to travel have been cut shorted now
Specially since September 1 onwards
But I have same question in my mind
Will West Bengal, Tamil Nadu , jharkhand wil these state are agree to give restrictions free travel .....

According to me they should give permission because other states are giving they they can't .
