🔹It means the trains which bring less income will either be cancelled or extended or merged with other trains
🔹IMO there might be changes after implantation. It is not easy to cancel some trains or remove some halts because people might protest against such decision. Political interference might get back removed halts and cancelled trains might run again. Let's wait and see what happens
