I think this train can be utilized well to attract passengers btw BE-BSB. It's a good overnight train with smooth timings. So no need to depend on trains which usually has RLWL and it's not easy to get reservation in these trains. It's upto the railways what they do with well. Right now they are wasting time and diesel running this train.

Agar is train ka restart ho raha h, to IR should look to change it's TT to make it a good overnight train with smooth timings as mentioned in IMG train T.T
