my suggestion is for extension of TATA - JAT Tri - Weekly Express upto SRC/SHM with stoppage at KGP
Hwh_RMM/TVC/CAPE. Hwh_SVDK. Trains exist bas extension karna hai. Both Rameshwaram and Katra have no direct connectivity to Kolkata
Kolkata-Alipurduar Express is Regularisation of Special train which ER runs almost throughout the year.
Yes your point on Kolkata-Haldibari Exp was also came earlier in some demand raised last year before 2019 LS elections.

Coimbatore-Asansol used to run in the same time slots of ERS-Patna. There is one day slot which is vacant and availabe. They can probably use that one to regularise this train
