What Is The Meaning Of These Short Forms GNWL,TQWL,RLWL, RSWL,RQWL,PQWL,RLGN ,PNR,WL,RAC in Indian Railways?

ANS:-
1]GNWL:-
This short form on the ticket means General Waiting List. In the ticket, it is written when the

passenger starts the journey from the starting station or nearby stations of a route. This code is the most common in the waiting list and is the most likely ticket to be confirmed.
2]RLWL:-
RLWL or Remote Location Waiting List category tickets are issued for stations that fall somewhere between the train starting station and the last stoppage. These are called intermediate stations, which are important towns and cities on that route. These tickets are kept on separate priority. The probability of their being confirmed depends on the confirmed ticket canceled for the station with the remote location. Remote location stations prepare their chart two to three hours before the train leaves. Waiting tickets in this category are the least likely to be confirmed.
3]PQWL:-
A pooled quota waiting list is issued for a small number of small stations. Normally, this quota is operated from the starting station of a route and during that journey there is only one pooled quota. It usually gives waiting tickets to passengers who travel from the starting station of the train route to a nearby station, intermediate station or two intermediate stations.
4]RLGN:-
The remote location general waiting list is written when the passenger books the ticket and there is a waiting list quota, remote location waiting list. That is, after the ticket is booked, the remote location waiting list is renamed to Remote Location General Waiting List.
5]RSWL:-
Roadside station waiting list is written on the ticket when berths or seats are booked from the originating stations to the roadside station or stations near it. In this type of waiting ticket, the possibility of confirmation is also very less.
6]RQWL:-
A ticket is sent to the request waiting list when it is booked from an intermediate station to another intermediate station and if it does not fall under the normal quota, remote location quota or pooled quota.
7]TQWL:-
The immediate quota waiting list was earlier called CKWL. It was renamed in 2016. Actually, TQWL is the waiting list for the immediate quota. If the confirmed ticket for Tatkal quota is canceled before the chart is made, the TQWL ticket automatically comes up on the priority list. Reservation Against Cancellation (RAC) tickets are not offered in this category.
During the preparation of charts, the general waiting list is given priority over the immediate waiting list, so tickets with an immediate waiting list are less likely to be confirmed. In such a situation, wait till the last time when there is a ticket in the immediate waiting. If the ticket is not confirmed, it will automatically be canceled. Later his refund will come.
8]PNR:-
Everyone must have heard the PNR number. Whether it is about ticket checking or waiting check, PNR number is the most important part of your ticket. This number is on the top left side of the reservation ticket. This number is unique and is called Passenger Name Record Number. This ticket is yours and you are traveling on it. This thing is ascertained from this number. The PNR number of your ticket is also with the TC which is used to check your ticket.
9]RAC:-
RAC means Reservation Angst Cancellation in which the passenger is given a seat to sit. After filling the normal quota seats, passengers are placed in the RAC.If any confirmed seat is canceled in the normal quota, the seat whose number comes first in the RAC is confirmed. When the TTE checks passengers in the train, the remaining seats of the passengers who have not arrived will be allotted to RAC passengers.TTE is responsible for allotting vacant seats to RAC passengers according to the chart's priority order.A passenger on a RAC ticket cannot demand a full seat or Sleep.RAC tickets can be canceled up to half an hour before the train starts. After this, no refund is given for canceling. If more than one family is issued an e-ticket, out of which some people have confirmed ticket and some have RAC, then according to the terms and conditions, a full refund is given on the confirmed ticket. But all this should be half an hour before the train journey starts. If you have an online RAC ticket and a reservation chart has been created, then you will have to fill the TDR online for refund.
