This is the validity of ICMS!! Do you know, SBC Covid Raj is slower to SBC Raj (110 vs 130 MPS) & if you dont know, then check it!!
Further, SK Covid given higher Section speed in PRYJ Div to make for low MPS @ DLI Div, which was nowhere needed by slower SBC Raj Covid in AGC or JHS Section!!

I don't find relevance to block PF by SK for 1-1.5 hrs for Raj prominence!! Can SK carry load of Raj?? No!! Both are individual!!
What SK get in between DDU-NDLS is just coz Raj offer it overtake trains like Shivganga/Vikramshila. You take Raj out and see what happens to SK!! Things will change dramatically for Raj, the moment CNB-NDLS get sanctioned 160 KMPH!! Maybe even now with Main Line @ 130 KMPH!!
