Howrah only has 2 HOG P5 so HWH can't provide HOG loco for LHB trains. Detach HWH P5. Let it run with LGD and HWH P7.
Increase Halt time at RJY from 5 to 10 mins. Because after detaching loco will make multiple switching of tracks and will take time.
