I also know that IR needs state government clearance but all those teains which i mentioned are weekly/Bi-weekly trains. Also more than 20 trains are running from Amritsar, Similalry from Indore. More than 40 trains are running from Bandra/LTT, almost 10 trains are running from Haridwar. Then these trains are also should start. Also IR r running local trains in Mumbai, Passenger trains in Bihar (for the advantages in upcoming election), then why should not starting trains where covid cases are very less?
