I hd booked a (confrmd) tckt in 1st ac ... but unfortunately i missed this train yesterday .... journey was from LTT - Raipur ... is there any way i cn cancel it now and get refund??? plz help

There are some situations where u can get full refund.
Like train is cancelled or running late by more than 3 hrs.Some other situations may be there.
One more case is there.If you had reached LTT by some train. as per correct timing of that train,you would have got samarsata express.But your connecting train got delayed.Railways may help you in that case.But i donot know the procedure and requirement for the help?I also donot know how much refund you can get in such a case?Other members can help u.

I dont think IR will help in the case if you miss a connecting train. Out of courtesy, staff can help you out in suggesting next train and reservation options for that.
