see here 13240/13238 is indicated as SUPERFAST...
so we should consider it as MISPRINT or really railway has changed it to SUPERFAST category

yes but its speed is terrefic between LKO-SLN-BSB it runs 100+ and after MGS it also runs again 100+ till BXR
