Would the ZBTT have taken into account PF availability , pit line availability, stabling line capacity in stations etc as well before formulating the TT. Also how much of feedback and inputs would the zonal railways have given ?
There are lots of trains which terminate at smaller stations and most of the time , the schedule ( receipt & dispatch of trains) is fixed in a way only basis pf availability etc. So wondering how they will go about this complex task of ZBTT
