Anakapalli is 30 km from VSKP.....its in Vishapatnam district....
SCR limits are upto Anakapalli only.....
Its an SCR special train...as always ECOR not interested to run train from VSKP...
Thats y they are running it from AKP...

Bhubaneswar/Ecor is opposing any new train to start from VSKP on operational grounds like shortage of platforms, non-availability of path etc.
SCR is vexed up with ECor and hence desist from running trains.
